Bang Bang Media (“Bang Bang Media”, “we” or “us”) operates a submission portal through which Content Contributors grant licenses to use their content across Bang Bang Media’s network and to sublicense it to other media companies. The submission portal is accessible via www.bangbangmedia.com (the “Website”). Your use of the submission portal is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which also incorporate our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines, rules, or operating policies that Bang Bang Media may establish and post on our website from time to time (collectively the “Agreement”). The terms define the Terms and Conditions under which you’re allowed to submit content to Bang Bang Media. As a content submitter, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Submission Process

2.1: Content Contributors may submit their content through the submission portal on the Website. Each submission will be associated with the Content Contributor’s details provided during the submission process.

2.2: Content Contributors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the submission process.

2.3: Bang Bang Media reserves the right to reject any submission that violates these Terms and Conditions or fails to meet our content guidelines.

License Grant

3.1: By submitting content to Bang Bang Media, Content Contributors grant Bang Bang Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content across Bang Bang Media’s network and to sublicense it to other media companies for their use.

3.2: Content Contributors retain all rights to their content and may grant additional licenses to third parties.

Content Usage

4.1: Bang Bang Media may use the submitted content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across its network and sublicense it to other media companies.

4.2: Bang Bang Media may modify or adapt the submitted content for better integration within its network and for the sublicensees’ requirements.

Service Fees

5.1: There are no service fees associated with the submission process.

Cancellation and Termination

6.1: This Agreement shall remain in force until either party terminates it.

6.2: Bang Bang Media may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause by providing written notice to the Content Contributor.

6.3: Upon termination of this Agreement, Bang Bang Media shall cease using the submitted content and remove it from its network within a reasonable timeframe.

Indemnity

7.1: Content Contributors agree to indemnify and hold Bang Bang Media harmless from any losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the submitted content or any breach of this Agreement.

Choice of Law

8.1: Laws of the state of New York will apply to any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions or the service. Any dispute related to the Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the service itself will be decided by the courts in Brooklyn, New York, and each party will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

9.1: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

10.1: These Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any Additional Terms you’ve agreed to make up the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
